These free standing welding screens are a robust steel construction finished in powder coated safety yellow. The units are of a modular design and can be dismantled for easy transport and storage. The standard unit is approx 2metres square, however the width can easily be extended to up to 3metres wide. larger cover can be achieved by linking units together.
Each unit can either be fitted with Castor's for easy movement or can have a static base. The design of the units allows for inter connection, either in line or at right angles to allow flexibility of use.
The welding curtain consists of 300mm x 2mm strips mounted on a stainless steel rail. Each strip has an individual clip fitted for easy assembly. This also allows strips to be replaced quickly and economically should any damage occur. The PVC itself comes in either green or bronze and offers full UV protection in line with all HSE and EU directives.
The screens can also be fitted with a clear or coloured material for use as where cutting, grinding or other hazardous tasks require shielding.
These versatile screens can also serve as workshop dividers fitted with clear or coloured opaque strips (Red , Black , Green etc) to delineate workspace and separating production process's.easily and economically.
The modular design makes them ideal for use in creating exhibition stands as they can create a unique space extremely quickly and cheaply.
